Letting Only

Finding a tenant, carrying out necessary reference checks to satisfy criteria, providing a contract, offering guidance as necessary on compliance with guidelines for the property, prepare marketing intelligence and materials, carry out viewings, prepare invoices and carry out administration for the deposit protection as necessary.

For example; if the rent for a property is £300 per week (£1300 per month) x 12 months = £15,600 x 8% = £1248

To collect the rent and to send this on to the landlord with statements, to keep in touch with the tenants and to liaise with any rent payment issues.

For example; if the rent for a property is £300 per week (£1300 per month) x 12 months = £15,600 x 10% = £1560


Letting and Full Management

Finding a tenant, carrying out necessary reference checks to satisfy criteria, providing a contract, offering guidance as necessary on compliance with guidelines for the property, prepare marketing intelligence and materials, carry out viewings, prepare invoices and carry out administration for the deposit protection as necessary. To collect the rent and to send this on to the landlord with statements, to keep in touch with the tenants and to liaise with any rent payment issues. To arrange repairs and instruct contractors, carry out diagnosis of problems, investigate other tenancy related matters, negotiate any disbursements from deposits between tenant and landlord.

For example; if the rent for a property is £300 per week (£1300 per month) x 12 months = £15,600 x 10% = £1560 would be charged initially and every month 2% charged i.e. £26 per month until renewal.

Cost of Tenancy Agreement (Assured Shorthold Tenancy) AST is £80.

The % percentage stated above is to be charged from the annual rental income that is subtracted from the first months' rent.  On occasions where the first month rent is not enough, the balance shall also be deducted from the second month rents also.
