Let My Roof Ltd will recommend and advise the Landlord the best service to opt for based on all the information we have been told.  We will advise the most appropriate methods of marketing your property, what level of rent should be achieved, (with a true and fair view of the market) and whether it is advised or has been requested to provide furniture, additions, adjustments, repairs, maintenance or prior let cleansing.  It is our duty to the Landlord to pass on any offers if made or to negotiate on behalf, in order to meet and cater for both the Landlord and Tenants requirements. 

With the landlords approval once references are satisfactory and all parties are agreed on all terms; we can successfully let the property.

All personal details would be exchanged including correspondence and contact details, name, address, contact numbers, e-mail addresses whether local, national or international. Bank details would be exchanged for the purpose to conduct financial transactions and copies of passports would be held all on a secure system. This is to ensure that we have performed our complete due diligence of both landlord and tenants identity where required.
